The Secret Mind of Indy Carter

10 year old Indy is gifted in science but keeps her mind secret because of her unusual circumstances.  Indy lives with her 40-year-old single mum, Zadie, in an estate somewhere in the UK. They have to move  frequently and try to live off the grid because Zadie suffers from a peculiar condition which randomly turns into a 4 -year-old child.  Mannerisms, voice, behaviour all comply to the character of a little spoilt girl who sees Indy as her mum.  For a few times a week, the roles are reversed and Indy becomes the parent, trying to protect her mum from everyone including the authorities.

Indy also hides her gifted mind from her school trying to be invisible to everyone not to upset the balance
